SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped through Canada Post. All order funds received before 4:00 pm MNT for items will be shipped the same day. All order funds received after 4:00 pm MNT on business days will ship the next business day. Once you have the tracking number, please permit it to enter the mail system before checking. 

If your parcel qualifies for FREE SHIPPING, we use regular mail in Canada, Tracked packet in the USA, and International Air for everywhere else. If your address is not accepted in our system please contact us so we can add your address to our shipping system. 

We create every effort to maintain the highest levels of superior customer service. Our ultimate goal at nootology is to create lifelong clients and we will do all in our capacity to ensure that your experience with us makes you want to shop with us all over again. 

If your order is scanned as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to start a criminal theft investigation. If it goes longer than 48 hours before we receive contact, we cannot investigate this matter. This will void any reship possibility on our part. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship from Canada to Australia, Europe, and United States.  Worldwide.  If your address doesn't work in our system, shoot us a message and we will have it corrected.  Numerous restrictions and policies govern the international transportation of nootropics. We do our best to make sure it gets to you, or we will reship at no cost to you if it gets caught through customs. We have a 100% success rate.
